Return & Refund Policy
The following terms are applicable for the returns of any physical goods that you have purchased from me (Rosa Morgan).
Returns
If, for any reason, your item arrives and is damaged or faulty, I do accept returns, refunds or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.
As I am a small business, I unfortunately do not refund or exchange for any change of mind purchases.
How to Return Goods

Simply fill out the form with 'Returns' in the subject line, to obtain return details & a delivery address from me.
Return Costs & Terms
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to me.
The faulty product must be returned in its original, unused condition.
The item must be sent in its original packaging.
I cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
Custom Portrait Service
I do accept refunds or change of mind refunds within 10 days of the purchase date of a custom portrait purchase. This, however, does not apply once you commence the project in any of the following ways:
You agree to commence the briefing process, by supplying reference imagery and notes via email to me.
You agree to have me begin, continue or amend a portrait for you, based on your brief and/or feedback.
If you wish to terminate your order, once you have commenced the project with me, you can receive a partial refund, but will be charged:
25% of the final fee if you terminate during the first draft stage
50% of the fee if you terminate during the remaining stages (excluding final approval & delivery of high res digital file).
Upon approving the portrait (and therefore agreeing to receive the final high res digital file), you waiver your right to any refund.
